Each poster reflects one of 5 WWF’s respected and cherished brand values. A poster dedicated to
a certain principle illustrates its essence through
the image of an animal that embodies it.
After all, the essence of the brand and its ethics come from a deep caring for the world of animals.
CHALLENGE
The poster series had to be in tune with WWF's mission as well as specifically answer the employee's needs at Woking. WWF Living Planet Center Employees are aware of all the treats Earth is facing.
It is their daily job in Fund for Nature to minimize and prevent a climate crisis. A considerable number of staff introduce WWF’s values and ethics to their private lives. Working against climate crisis can be hard to bear. Being environmentally friendly can be overwhelming, it comes with constant alertness and making conscious choices every minute.
WWF Staff needs uplifting communication that would be a positive reminder of their mission, reassurance of the importance of big and small achievements and motivation for working harder, trying better.
CONCEPT
The best way to communicate to employees was to design purely focused on nature and its beauty. The idea was to motivate WWF’s by portraying that the foundation of the brand Values is inspired by animals and nature.
Using handmade illustrations enabled me to amplify the positive, emotional message behind the WWF's values. Illustration has the ability to communicate metaphors and concepts that are difficult to express in a way that is straightforward and captivating.
Additionally, colorful paintings brighten up the interior design working area at Woking Head Office and link aesthetically two pieces of artwork exhibited in the visitors' area. Lastly, illustrations will be visually appealing for long displays.
